Terrence Kennedy has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney, with a primary focus in the area of real estate tax assessment law. Terry’s training in the property tax field began at the Cook County Assessor's Office, where he worked as an assessment analyst. After graduating from law school, Terry handled general practice matters for 3 years with the Law Offices of Victor Cacciatore. He then joined the firm of former mayor Michael Bilandic, where he worked for 10 years on real estate tax cases. In 1990, Terry started his own firm, which has grown to be one of the leading firms in the tax assessment field in Cook County. Terry graduated from the University of Notre Dame with honors in 1971, and from Northwestern University Law School cum laude in 1978.
